J. Dunlap is Founder and Managing Member of
BD Advisory Group LLC, a strategic consulting firm specializing
in Sales, Marketing and Business Development execution and advisory services. Mr. Dunlap is an accomplished roll
up his sleeves Global Executive with a diverse and successful career in Sales, Marketing, Business Development,
Turnaround and Leadership roles within Financial Services, Global Vendor Finance, Leasing and Lending, Banking technologies, Omni-channel solutions,
Telecom, Communications, Homeland Security, and High Technology industries. Mr. Dunlap joined Societe Generale, one of the leading European financial services
groups, in early 2018 as SVP of Global Business Development for SG's Equipment Finance division. Previously
Mr. Dunlap was VP of Financial Industry Sales for Nautilus Hyosung. In 2016 he joined Solix Inc., a
leading U.S. Business Process Outsourcing and Program Management company as SVP and Chief Sales Officer.
Prior to Solix from 2011 to 2016 Mr. Dunlap was Managing Director, Global Strategic Major Accounts, Financial
Industry Sales at NCR Corporation, a leader in omni-channel and banking solutions. With it's software,
hardware and portfolio of services, NCR enables more than 550 million transactions daily across retail, financial, travel, hospitality, telecom and technology,
and small business organizations in more than 100 countries.
In 2009 he was named President and
Chief Executive Officer of the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce (NJ). On the brink
of closing its doors, the Chamber's Board of Trustees enlisted Mr. Dunlap as a turnaround executive to revive
and save the failing organization. He was tasked with developing and implementing a strategic business rescue plan to reverse a
severe multi-year decline in revenues and business Membership defections. From 2009 through 2011 he orchestrated
and led the organization and the Board through a highly successful organizational and financial turnaround, quickly
returning the Chamber to financial health by recruiting new members to the Board of Trustees, re-branding and re-launching
the Chamber, implementing successful new revenue generating programs, and securing new Corporate business Memberships.
From 2009 through 2010, he was Chief Sales Officer for Kuity Corp.,
an advanced analytics company specializing in cloud-computing,
financial intelligence modeling, information assurance, and cyber-security. Prior to Kuity, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer for CIT Group, a bank holding company with more than $40 billion in assets, providing
financing, leasing, capital, and advisory services to customers across more than 30 industries. Mr. Dunlap joined
CIT in 2004 as Executive Vice President
of Sales, Global Vendor Finance, and in 2006 became Chief Sales Officer for CIT's $8 billion Global Major Relationships,
Global Vendor Finance business unit.
Prior to joining CIT,
Mr. Dunlap reported to the President and CEO of Business Executives for National Security (BENS) General
Charles G. Boyd (Ret.), as the founding Executive Director of the acclaimed BENS Business Force initiative, a post 9/11 Homeland Security Counter Terrorism Public / Private
Partnership Program spearheaded by BENS, the national security business organization headquartered in Washington,
D.C. From 2003 - 2005 under Mr. Dunlap’s pioneering leadership and pilot initiatives the BENS New Jersey
Business Force became the model for the nation on public / private partnerships combating terrorism, was recognized by the
US Department of Homeland Security as best–in-class, and in 2004 he drove a $500,000.00 DHS grant award
to BENS for national Business Force expansion initiatives expanding the program to 6 additional states..

From
2000 through 2002, Mr. Dunlap was Vice President of Sales and Product Marketing, and Vice President of Metro
Networks, Optical Networking Group at Lucent Technologies, where he was responsible for $1.2 billion in sales of optical
networking products, a $20 million global marketing budget, and global marketing, media, and PR for Lucent
Technologies' portfolio of optical core, optical access, and metro optical switching products and solutions.
From 1997 to 2000, he worked for General Electric Capital Corporation as Senior Vice President
of Marketing and e-Business, Vendor Financial Services where he built and led the Telecom Financial Services Marketing
and Strategy organization and created, developed, launched and pioneered GE Capital's very first Internet-based transactional
leasing capabilities with the Reseller Partner Program "GE
LeaseConnect", now owned and rebranded by Wells Fargo for equipment financing as "LeasingSource".

Prior to GE Capital, Mr. Dunlap held senior level positions at AT&T Network
Systems, AT&T Consumer Products, and Lucent Technologies, and started his professional career at Bell Laboratories
in Murray Hill, New Jersey, where for a number of years he was an industry pioneer applying custom developed Bell Labs
Computer Aided Design and Verification software tools coupled with leading edge supercomputers for designing, testing,
productizing, wafer manufacturing, and mass commercial production of Analog and Digital silicon Integrated Circuits and Single
DIP/Multi chip-set commercial IC products for AT&T. Board of Directors In 2014 Mr. Dunlap was elected to the New Jersey Institute of Technology
(NJIT) Martin Tuchman School of Management Advisory Board. From 2005 to 2013 Mr. Dunlap was
a member of the State Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of New Jersey, Inc.
and a member of the Marketing Task Force Committee and the Finance Committee. From 2008 to June 2012, he was a member of the
Board of Trustees for the Foundation for New Jersey Public Broadcasting, Inc. (FNJPB and NJTV) and in 2011
was elected Vice Chairman of Development. From 2008 to 2012 he served
on the Board of Trustees for Freedom House, Inc. In addition, from
2006 through 2008 Mr. Dunlap served on the Board of Trustees for Essex
County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) as the Board's Vice President of Development, and from February 2010 to April 2011 he served
on the Board of Directors for United Way of Hudson County. Mr.
Dunlap is a 1995 graduate of the Program for Executives at Carnegie Mellon University. He holds an AAS
in Electromechanical Technology from Union County Technical Institute, a BS in Electronics Technology from Thomas Edison State
College, and a Masters of Management Science in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Mr. Dunlap resides in New Jersey with his wife and their two children.
